It’s another weekend guys, and we should look forward to saucing it up with a breathtaking Indomie recipe.
Today we bring you the Indomie Oeuf Frit. The words “oeuf” and “frit” are French words meaning “egg” and “fried”. Therefore, it is safe to literally call this “Indomie Fried Egg”.
Don’t panic. It’s not as difficult as it looks. We will guide you through the preparation techniques.

Serves: 2
Ingredients:
150g of Indomie Noodles
3 Eggs
Toppings:
Shredded onions
Smoked chicken
Green pepper
Red pepper
Carrot (parboiled)
Diced tomatoes
And any other toppings of your choice
Directions:
Place the indomie noodles in a boiling water for 10 seconds and sieve for easy spreading
Place a skillet on a medium heat cooker and stir fry all you toppings
Crack the eggs in a bowl and add indomie seasoning and stir
Place a clean oiled skillet on a medium heat and add indomie, beaten eggs and toppings
Cover and allow to steam for some minutes
Serve with a drink of your choice.
