*Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern your participation in the Indomie Golden Magnet Promo ("Promotion") offered by Dufil Prima Foods Ltd ("Company"). By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please refrain from participating in the Promotion.
1. Eligibility:
- The Promotion is limited to legal residents of Lagos, Ogun, Ondo, Osun, Kwara, Oyo and Ekiti States.
- Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of the Company, as well as their immediate family members or household members, are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
2. Promotion Period:
- The Promotion will commence on 7th June 2023 at 12:00am and conclude on 9th September2023 at 11:59pm. All times are based on WAT.
- Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be considered.
3. How to Participate:
- To participate in the Promotion, eligible individuals must buy Indomitables Pack (Indomie Chicken 70gm pack);
- If they get the Golden Magnet or Silver Magnet, they should go to www.indomie.ng/goldenmagnetpromo and enter the details;
- Each participant can only submit one (1) entry for Golden Magnet during the Promotion Period.
4. Promotion Details:
- Golden Magnet winners are eligible for a trip to Disneyland, Paris.
- Silver Magnet winners can win any of the following gifts: PS5, Samsung tab, Bicycle or Indomitable goodie bag.
- The specific details of the Promotion, including any discounts, prizes, or benefits, will be clearly stated in the promotional materials and/or Company's website.
- The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion, or to amend these terms and conditions, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
5. Winner Selection and Notification:
- All Golden Magnet winners after they have filled their details on the website will be reached out to by our customer care representative.
- Silver Magnet winners upon filling their details will get to win any of the gift items from the website (As listed above)
- Winners will be notified via email, phone, or other contact information provided during participation.
- If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days after the first attempt, the Company reserves the right to disqualify the winner and select an alternate winner.
6. Prize Fulfillment:
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
- For the Silver Magnet Winners the Company will make reasonable efforts to deliver the prizes within a reasonable time frame to winners in the following states: Lagos, Ogun, Ondo, Osun, Kwara, Oyo and Ekiti states or a Specific location to collect the prize, will be communicated to the winners by the company. However, the Company shall not be held responsible for any delay, loss, or damage during shipping.
- Winners are expected to submit their Physical magnets with the mentioned unique code while claiming the gifts. Failing to do so will disqualify them.
- Each kid under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a Parent or Guardian to Disneyland.
- Parent/Guardian and Child travelling must have a valid passport for travel.
- Company will provide all documents for visa process, but visa approval is at the discretion of the France embassy.
- All winners will travel together at an appropriate time at the end of the promo as per the Company’s decision.
- In case the Golden Magnet Winner is not available to travel during the chosen dates or cannot travel due to Passport or Visa problem then Company will give them a fixed Compensation on their win.
7. Intellectual Property:
- By participating in the Promotion, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your name, image, and any other submitted content for promotional purposes related to the Promotion.
8. Data Protection
- Your personal data, and the personal data of any guest or travel companion, will be collected and processed by us and the promotional partners named in the Specific Rules, as well as the prize providers, in order to administer this Prize Draw.
- We will also use entrants' personal data for marketing purposes where consent has been provided.
9. Limitation of Liability:
- The Company and its respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or the use of any prize.
- All the gift items are tested prior and in case of any fault must be reported within three (3) days of receiving the gift.
10. Governing Law:
- This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lagos, Nigeria.
11. Severability:
- If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
By participating in the Promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
